We are open and conducting BOTH In-Person and Virtual Worship Services!
Our virtual service postings can be found here on our website, as well as on our church’s Facebook page and our You Tube channel (search “Bentheim Reformed Church RCA”). Our in-person worship services are held at 9:30 am every Sunday. Please note that, at this time, Nursery Care for infants and young toddlers is not being provided, although parents are invited to use the nursery space, where there is a live video feed of the service.
For the safety of all who attend we will continue to observe the following public health guidelines:
-
A separate, dedicated MASK-ONLY worship space is available in the lower level, with live video and audio feed from the main worship center
-
Wearing of face masks in the main sanctuary is strongly encouraged, but still optional. Disposable masks are provided to all who do not have one.
-
Recommended social distancing is requested. With decreased attendance now, several rows of seats in the front of the worship center are typically available for distancing.
-
Sanitizing of all contact areas will continue to be rigorously performed, and hand sanitizer is provided at all entry doors for those entering the building.
We welcome you to join us in person or online! We are doing ALL that we can to make our worship and fellowship space a SAFE space, and to make our Virtual Services as user-friendly and participatory as possible. For those who wish to hear previous messages from the Pastor, please go to our You Tube channel – or for messages prior to March 15, 2020 - check out the Audio Sermons drop-down tab on the menu bar.

To our Bentheim Church Family, and to all guests visiting our website:
This has been a very troubling and difficult time in all our lives, but living in this world as followers of Jesus Christ, we declare with joy that “our world belongs to God!” He is on His throne! And we confess with trust that “God is our refuge and strength, our very present help in times of trouble!” (Ps. 46). We also recognize that – even though State/public restrictions are lifting - we have a moral responsibility to one another to continue practicing such things as social distancing, wearing masks, etc.. This helps us to live out our mutual care for one another, and to love our neighbors as ourselves.
We recognize that there may be many special needs during this time…and we are here for you! Our staff has now returned to working in the church offices. You can reach out to us using the following contact info, or you can connect with us on our Facebook page.

We will continue to be the body of Christ in the midst of these very uncertain times. We believe the Lord will guide each member of our church to put the love of Christ into action. We have an opportunity during this incredible time in history, when much of the world is feeling the strains of chaos, to proclaim the King’s reign and hope through our words and deeds. Praise, worship, and prayer are the spiritual weapons God has given to us to fight this battle. We have peace because we are part of an unshakable Kingdom. Jesus Christ is the LORD! We trust in Him, and we join in prayer together for His mercy and grace, for His Kingdom to be advanced, for His will to be done, and for His glory to fill the whole earth!
The Lord bless and keep each and every one of you, and all your loved ones. May He keep you safe and healthy, held in the hollow of His mighty hands. Grace, mercy, and peace be yours through Christ our Lord!
