Church Cancellation Policy
The Executive Committee will determine if any service, scheduled activity, or meeting should be cancelled due to weather or any other circumstances. If a cancellation is deemed necessary, notice will be made on TV Channel 8, the prayer line, and the church's Facebook page no later than one hour before the time of the service, activity, or meeting
Wednesday Evening Cancellation Policy
The rule for weekday ministries is: if Hamilton Community Schools cancel school, we follow suit and cancel our programs for that evening. If school has not been cancelled, The Executive Committee will determine if the program should be cancelled due to weather or any other circumstances. If a cancellation is deemed necessary, notice will be given to the program leaders, made on TV Channel 8, the prayer line, and the church's Facebook page before 5 pm.
